Your MOM
"Sheila u are my daughter n my best friend... I will always cherish that." That is so sweet. My mom use to always tell me and my kids, "I love you more today than yesterday and I'll love you even more tomorrow" and I said that to my daughter a couple years after we lost my mom and my daughter's eyes swelled with tears and she said, "Only Grandma can say that to me." I felt so bad. I didn't say it to hurt her for no one knows that pain of losing her as a daughter does ... well not all daughters ... my sister and my mom were not close at all ... my mom made me promise not to tell her when she died so my sister found out months later and is still so angry with me but I made a promise to my mom and had NO IDEA she was gonna die in 3 months ... I thought her and my sister would get over there issues but they never did ... I sleep well at night knowing my mom was my best friend and we got along so great and I miss her so very much!

I know this is a club we never wanted to be a member of but I do feel your pain and I am so sorry for your loss.

I can so relate to the message you left on your mom's memorial. I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sure she was proud to call you her daughter!
