Bio and Links
I have spent many years having a wonderful time in old records rooms, hunched over a microfilm reader or a record book and walking through cemeteries. I cannot explain the feeling of kinship that comes over me when I stand before the final resting place of an ancestor, but I am sure you know this feeling.
My lines are: Dempsey, Dooley, Mallady,Thorne, Miller,Westfall, Callaway, Heflin, Moore, Boatright, Rodgers, Carrier, Patterson, Vineyard & Gasaway. Most of these came into the southern states and eventually settled in the southern part of Illinois.
My husband's lines are: Miller, Smith, Shriner, Exline,Weihe, Ankney, Hughes, Pierce, and Brown. Smith & Miller came into the U.S. from Canada & Germany/France as far as I have found. The Ankney lines came from PA., others ended up in Nebraska by way of Ohio.
If you find any corrections or additions to my memorials please let me know. If you have a closer connection than I do, I will be glad to transfer memorial to you.

Delmar Feazel
Hi Donna,
Thanks for your e-mails regarding the memorial for Delmar Feazel. I have added his obituary which lists his parents and also corrected the date of death. Appreciate your help.

Thorn, Dooley et all
Donna
Can you fill me in on the Thorn/Dooley relationships ? The Thorn line seemed to follow my Edmund Baker to Illinois. His m1 was Salley/Sally Thorn. What with the way those early Baker women seemed to be, I get easily confused on who m who etc. ! lol

Thanks
Steve

RE: Thank you
You are most welcome. I entered her before I was adding sources, to which I most humbly apologize. If I run across the source, I will holler.

Thank you
For your kind words about my work here. I have transferred the Dooleys to you, they are much better off in family hands. Blessings!

Thanks again, if you locate an obit for him please message me and I'll send you my email address. You manage his parent's memorials so I'm hoping you can find more than me. Many thanks!
