Hi Gwen, yeah we do a lot of civil war re enacting and i make my own dresses. I'm only 4'11 so most people think i look the part. I hope to get back to Tyn Rhos and finish the stones, there are a lot of DAVIES and DAVIS stones there. sometimes hard to tell apart.

Yes there was another David D. Robinson born 1824 and died 1910 and his wifes name is Elinor,born 1824 and died 1916,she was born in wales. I took a picture of that headstone also. If you would like that pic please email me and I will email it to you.

FINDLAY MAN IS TAKEN BY DEATH

Funeral Saturday For M. W. Swick

Minor Wesley Swick, 88, 630 Center St., died at 4:30 p.m. yesterday in the Hancock County Home. He was born on Sept. 27, 1875 in Delphos to John and Nancy (Folk) Swick. He married Anna Loy in 1896. She preceded him in death. Surviving are three children, Wilbur W., James G. and Mrs. Lloyd (Edith) Eises, all of Findlay; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceding Mr. Swick to death was a son, Marion E., four brothers and a sister. Mr. Swick belonged to the Van Wert EUB Church. The Rev. Gerald Davison will conduct services at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Coldren Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Delphos. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
