Addicted to ancestry.com, findagrave, and family history in general. I try to use the work I do on ancestry and the family history and pictures I have to improve the memorials that I am privileged to manage. Born in Kingsport, Tennessee in 1960 and live in the Washington DC area now. My family tree on ancestry is pretty broad because I try to track relatives and cousins to the present day and when I find an interesting side branch with interesting people or incomplete information, it is hard for me to resist working on it!|

|Suzanne Brown||RE: Barrett in Sunset Lawns, Butler County|
I created the memorials from the cemetery's records and knew only a few of the people buried at Sunset Lawns, primarily my family. The records can be short on detail, which is why there may be no dates. I'm working alphabetically, so any Barretts have already been listed.
In 1935 through 1946, Annis Barrett lived in El Dorado with her husband Hira Barrett, who was a truck driver for Sinclair. Oil was a big business in El Dorado at that time. They later lived in Hutchinson, Kansas. It seems she was born in Kentucky. If you feel that this is your family and need help researching, let me know. I've found that no matter how unusual a name seems, there are always others with that name.
Best wishes, Suzanne

Sorry for the very late reply on your requests. Due to lack of time and so many requests it is hard to complete them all in a timely basis. Also I have been off line for a very long time due to personal reasons.
Per your requests I have add a grave marker photo and transfer Richard Bassett's memorial to you.

I can't seem to find any thing new from the family information you sent to me. I looked on line and also at the library but came up with nothing. I am sorry that I could not find any thing at all. Let me know if you can think of anything else to look for. Hope you are enjoying this pretty day.
Wow, my mind is going around in circles now. I will get back to the library and try to get my notes better organized in a few days. Knowing me I have made mistakes.
There are birth, death and woodland cemetery books at the library plus I also use www.familysearch.org on the internet.
For Walter Williams one entry for his middle initial is N and says he was born in Ireland and the other entry said M born in Wales. And also there was a death date of the 10th and I figure that was the burial date.
Online there is a Walter K Williams who died December 4 1940 for the Ohio death index. I do not see how this can be Mary husband but maybe he got remarried and had a son named after him? This was in Columbus Franklin County Ohio. There was not enough information on the entry, no mother father or wife listed. Not even years lived. I know I have given you another puzzle.

Hi Jim, I put the wrong maiden name for Mary I Hannon before I transferred her to you. Sorry that you will have to correct my mistake. I am working on some more of the family you are interested in. There is so many Mary Williams buried at Woodland. I definitely got my exercise trying to locate them all. Of course some do not have stones. I will make memorials for the ones I found and you can see if you want them transferred to you.

I have made some notes and will do research here in Lawrence County Ohio. Hopefully I will find some answers, I love a puzzle. Will get back to you in a few days. The genealogy department at the Briggs Lawrence County Library is closed on Sunday and Monday. Maybe I will get lucky on the internet.

We had one good day and I just can't wait to go out and take photos. The Glen monument is right on the road so it was easy to get to. I suspect that was when my battery died in the camera because I took all the markers around that one. Glad you like it.
