RE: Linking family together
You are so wonderful Nicola!! Thanks so much for taking the photo for us.My husband hasn't seen this headstone since he was a small child and because he now lives in the USA wasn't able to go there. This photo is the next best thing to being there...All the best to you :) Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you in future..

Linking family together
Hi Nicola,

I don't know everything about how this site works but just to let you know that you can link family members together.Husbands and wives can be linked and parents I believe.Children can be linked to their parents as well.Just click on edit family link and copy and paste their memorial number into the box that will pop up and a link will appear on that other persons memorial page.

I have learned a few things since becoming a member. Also if you come across a memorial already created by someone else you can ask for a transfer over to you.As long as you are either a close relation or up to 4 generations back. You have a member number next to your name and you would copy and paste that number into the box when you click on edit from that persons memorial page..then click suggest a correction and type a message to them telling them what you want such as a transfer or you may ask to have them link family together or a correction to some info you may see that is wrong.

Hope this info is of some help to you in the future...

RE: St Gregory,Weld Bank Cemetery
Hi Nicola,

That sounds great! and hopefully it is easy to find.I don't want you to go out of your way to find it.I appreciate you taking your time to do this for me and my husband thanks you as well.Since I've created a memorial page for them now it will be nice to include a photo of their headstone. If you need the birth dates you can click on my memorials. The dates could be off a bit.I am going today to take photos for the first time in my area and hopefully I can fulfill their requests. Will try my best anyways...:)

Kind Regards,

RE: St Gregory,Weld Bank Cemetery
Hi Nicola,

Thank you for the quick reply and I did manage to add the cemetery on this site. Not only for myself but for others who may have loved ones there. My husbands from Chorley and his grandparents are both buried there.Unfortunately he doesn't know exactly the plot number so I don't know how hard it would be to find their graves.I'd very much like a photo of their headstone if its not too much trouble for you.He tells me there is only one headstone for all 3 family members which are Lilian and William Thompson with a son named William. We are in the usa and are not able to take a photo.

Kind Regards,
