RE: Emeline Covington Caudle 41883739
I checked the date of the obituary in the "Ansonian" which is available online via newspapers.com. The date is correct. I can offer no explanation for the rather grievous error in the death date on poor Emeline's tombstone.

RE: Death Certificates
I use Ancestry.com which you have to pay to use. They have copies of the original death certificates that you are allowed to see which is 1915-1960 in S.C. and 1913-1975 in N.C. I believe you can use familysearch.org but I could not find all death certificates there.

Hi Chuck,

Success! The transfer went through. Let me know if you'd like any further information about our Murray family.

Best of luck in your ancestral journey.

Thomas Family
Hello Chuck!
I just wanted to let you know that I went ahead and transferred all of the Thomas family members in the Johns-Richardson Cemetery to you. I already added the links you mentioned and updated names as needed based on your email. Most of the people buried in the Johns-Richardson cemetery are somehow related to the Johns', my husband's paternal grandmother's side of the family. However, the Thomas's do not appear to be related. So, I would be more than happy to let you care for your ancestors listings. If you ever feel you can't care for the listings, you can transfer them back.

We would love to hear from you again soon! The Thomas family were neighbors of the Johns family in Lodge, so there is a common connection there.
If you are ever interested in talking more about the cemetery, please let us know.

Blessings,
Lydia James
