My name is Cindi Price Ball, I grew up in Sylva NC, My parents are Rita Brooks Elders and Winfred Elders. My Grand Parents were Richard & Naomi Jones Brooks & Raymond & Louise Elders from the Barkers Creek area. I have two brothers Russell Price and Clay Elders. Clay is very active in the Sons of the Confederates. He is very active in placing plaques on the Veterns graves.
