RE: braemer
I did now know that Frederick and Elziabeth Boehringer's family came from the Whitewater and Fort Atkinson and Cold Spring area till just a few days ago.

I posted on ancestry.com/message boards looking for help with Fred and Elizabeth's family.
The only thing I knew, was through Helena obituary and stated that she had a brother George and a sister Mary or May Boehringer.
Thats what got mthe ball rolling there.

I just founbd out that George Boehringer was a member of the United States Coast Guard. Was stationed in Milowaukke until Emelie died and then transfered to Washing, D.C. where he died in Arlington, Virginia.

I am doing a inter library loan through my Library nin West Bend, Wisconsin for the Milwaukee Journal to see if I can get George and Emelie's obituaries.

RE: braemer
Hi,
Just followed up on the Yandry family and here goes.

As we both know, Ida Yandry & Emelia Yandry are sisters.
Well Emelia Yandry married my great-granduncle George Boehringer. George had a sister Helena Boehringer which was my great-grandmother.
Just not sure how we are related, if any.
How this help.

RE: braemer
Hi,
I still have to add some editing in.
My great Grandmother was Helena Boehringer. Therefore Fred and Elizabeth Boehringer were my great-great-grandparents.

What I usually do, I go back 1 generation on their spouses and add their brothers and sisters in.

RE: Boitnotts
No problem! I live in Paducah, Ky. Most of my relatives a buried in nearby Lyon Co., Ky...mostly Holt, Chandler and Dycus. I'd say there may be around 250 buried in the cemetery.
