Hi Ruth. I am a gggg-granddaughter of Elizabeth (Kruse) and Johann Joseph Dueweke/Duwecke. I'm just wondering if you happen to know the plot locations at Mount Elliott Cemetery where you took the photos. Thank you!

RE: Family
I looked around in the Free Press archives and couldn't find anything. The one Dueweke name which kept popping up was Louis Dueweke. I'm not sure if he's directly related to you or not but there's definitely some information out there on him.

No problem. I have an old newspaper addiction and sometimes randomly add obits. I'll see if I can dig up some more in the way of news articles.

Since you're family to the deceased I've also transferred the memorial to you.

Thank you very much, Ruth, for the photos. I usually use the photo of the whole stone for each of the people on the stone, but your way is fine, too. If you want to send me a photo of the whole stone you can send it to Thank you for contributing to Find A Grave.
