Bio and Links
I was born and raised in North Dakota. After living in Wisconsin and South Dakota for twenty years I'm back in North Dakota.

I love genealogy and after going to a rural cemetery to take a picture of my 2nd great-grandfather's grave and seeing broken stones along with stones so weathered you can not read them I wanted to start contibuting to find a grave.

I follow FAG's guide lines when it comes to transfers. If you wish to add bio information please include your name for credit.

Jacobson postings
Thank you so much for posting the tombstones in the New Salem, ND Peace Cemetery of my aunt and uncle, Inga and William Jacobson, and their sons, William and Richard, who died shortly after birth. I added full names and birth and death places to each of their postings and linked the baby boys to their parents. They will be joined by their daughter (and sister), Jean Marie (Jacobson) Rice, later this week and once again the family will be together. Thanks again for your kind service.

Hi Kathy.
This is your cousin again. Please look at this link. I do believe it is a very great grandma of ours. I had heard that she had moved back to family in Wisconsin after her husband died. Check out all the Klatts in this cemetery. :-)

I contacted the owner and asked if she could transfer the memorial and I also give her the link to her husband's memorial. She added the link but hasn't transferred it. I was wondering if you could link her children to her.

Josiah Brown (1878-1966)
Hello. I am interested in your posting of Josiah Brown (1878-1966) buried in Boone Co., Iowa. He was froom the family of my 3x great grandfather. If you have a particular interest in this family I have a good bit of information I'll share with you. Just let me know. I also have a different, younger, photo of Josiah if you'd like it.

Haff family photos
May I have your permission to copy the photos of Mary & Simon Haff's headstone photos? They will be used for my personal family tree, not posted online, giving you the photo credits of course.

Thanks for all the hard work you have done for this website!

Wilhelm Emil John (92012159) birth date
I am wondering what the source is for the precise birth date for this person. The closest I have been able to find is Sep 1855. Also, you have 20-Jun-1936 for the date of death. The New Salem Centennial Book [1883-1983] has 21-Jun-1936 (page 339).
