Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, Doswell, VA: Trustee and its current Cemetery Manager
If you are working on a family linage associated with any internments I manage ask and I will transfer them to you excluding those in my Mt Hope Church cemetery in Doswell as we use the FAG website for church cemetery historical records management. Any assistance you can provide in the identification of 100+ previously unmarked graves in our cemetery is greatly appreciated.
My goal is assisting where I can in the completeness and accuracy of FAG data not numbers interments personally managed. | |

 | RE: Mary and John Barnhart You are welcome David. I took photos of all of the John Barnhart's listed at the cemetery and made sure those listed had photos of the gravestone. There were three listed. The wives of them were Rebecca and Christina. And one was buried with his sister, Hattie. I am going to try a different spelling to see if I come up with something for you. I had seen Mary Peine Grau last name also spelled Barnhardt. I'll check to see if they have any with the last name spelled that way.

 | William Overton Callis Thanks so much for trying to locate his grave. It's odd there is no marker given his prominence during his life, but I appreciate your effort. | | | BigFrench
 | Ballard Williams Binford Dave: What organizations was he a member of? The shield might represent the National Grange. How interesting that you found that in storage...had it been used one would think there'd be some wear.... To quote Yul Brenner as the King of Siam: "'tis a puzzlement". | | | deegraver
 | RE: Tunstall's at Mt Airy thank you so much for finding this cemetery. hopefully the historical society, a preservation group, or a boy scout troop will preserve it before it is lost forever. | | | JJGrav8
 | RE: Hills at Mt Ary David - Thank you so much for the pictures. I do not currently have the other Mary Hill in my tree, but I will research and see if I can figure it out. - Jeff GravattAdded by JJGrav8 on Mar 02, 2013 4:22 AM | | | Earth Angel
 | Walter and Leola Alexander Thanks for the photo marker photos and the information on Aunt Leola. I can now complete her genealogy tree. I am related on Alexander side. Walter and my mother were siblings. Thanks Martha | | | Ruth Tobias

 | RE: Taylor Family RFI I have that Louise died 25 January 2001 and Laura died in 1982. Still working on that myself. | | |
