Hi,
Yes, Tina is right, if the file is to large like some of the new cameras take, can be very large. Also, maybe you don't give it enough time. Large files take maybe 2 or 3 minutes to load depending on internet speed so be patiant after hiting the enter button. Also it is best that the file is a .JPG typ file.
