I live in Monroe Co WV and have been doing research for over 25 years, which has spilled over into Cemetery restoration work. I am working on the original "Old Lebanon" Cemetery in Pickaway, where my great grandparents are buried. it is dated circa 1803! Mising, broken, buried stones are being located annually and I will post them as I find them. I am also working on many other Monroe Co. names.

RE: Hillside Cem Rindge Center
Hi Tracie,
I photographed this cemetery in it's entirety back in the Fall of 2013. None of these family names are present. St. Patrick's Cem in Jaffrey perhaps? If you contact the Rindge town office or Ingalls Library they might be able to help by checking the Annual Reports which list all deaths of residents.
Good Luck

RE: Poorhouse Farm cem., Monroe Co
Hello Tracy;
It is great to hear from you. To answer your question regarding the "Poorhouse Farm Cemetery", no I haven't yet been to the cemetery. I had been browsing the online records at the WV Vital Statistic's website, and occassionally I would run into a listing of a person being buried at the Poorhouse. After a while, I started jotting down names, and then using topographical maps, looked for a specific location in the Second Creek area. As you know, Second Creek, stretches almost from Gap Mountain at Gap Mills all the way to the Greenbrier River. I was wanting to travel over from Raleigh County to Monroe this summer in August to visit a few cemeteries and hopefully photo-document headstones for Findagrave. Yet, as I am unsure of where the cemetery is located, I posted an inquiry in the "Monroe County, West Virginia, Genealogy" Group on Facebook about where the location was. One of the individuals responded back, stating "i think that would be the county poor farm, which was located on Gates road. Dr banks owned the property when i lived in monroe co." Gates Road, turns off of Route 3, past the Rehobeth Church road. Now if there is a cemetery on a farm, it doesn't show up in topographic maps as being a CEM. The nearest cemetery, is the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. So I'm not exactly sure where the Poorhouse Farm Cemetery is located; and it might be on private farmland. I'm specifically interested in where exactly Susannah Vass Dunsmore and Joseph Dunsmore are buried; but the historical records indicate they were in the Second Creek area the last time they showed up on census. I presume they are buried at the Poorhouse Farm Cemetery, as other Dunsmore were known to have been residents and buried upon that property. Yet the map on Findagrave, might not be the Poorhouse Farm Cemetery, but another Cemetery. If you can look on Topozone (dot) com at a topographical map of Monroe County, and you will see CEM listed in that area that is marked on Findagrave. But it too, might be on private property, and I don't know who currently owns property in that area of the county. --Jerry M. Weikle.

George & Arthur Nickell
Got your requests to connect these gentleman to their parents. If you'll use the edit tabs to link, you can provide the memorial numbers for their parents. That way I'll know they're connected to the right people. Thanks.

Eliza Nickell
Got your edit request indicating the typo of "Marion County" on Eliza Nickell's memorial. The obituary itself listed her place of birth as Marion County, so it was transcribed as originally printed in the paper. It's listed correctly in her place of birth on her memorial, though.

Tracie, try this. Go to each grave above > family links and Delete the spouse, and look for two spouses.
See if all the crazy links to spouses clear up.

If so, select Margaret and get her number, then go to George and assign her as the SPOUSE, and see if the shadow spouse re-appears.
