|I live in Monroe Co WV and have been doing research for over 25 years, which has spilled over into Cemetery restoration work. I am working on the original "Old Lebanon" Cemetery in Pickaway, where my great grandparents are buried. it is dated circa 1803! Mising, broken, buried stones are being located annually and I will post them as I find them. I am also working on many other Monroe Co. names.|

|Fran ||duplication of lookups|
I put in some more pictures and added information to some of our people in the Old Lebanon cemetery but when I did it caused duplications. I deleted all but Tristram since the info was a little different. Is there any way on this website to merge the two? if not let me know and I will delete mine. I was calling the cemetery the Lebanon Cemetery instead of the Old Lebanon cemetery and maybe that is what caused the problem.

I've been away for a bit - which picture were you referring to/or where did I post it?
Lambert's are my mother-in-law's family - her grandparents were Jason Robert Lambert and Melvina Jane White - through their daughter Ethel May Lambert (which was sister to Elsie). Ethel's daughter is Lois Marie (Ayers) Boggs - she is my mother-in-law.

I am not related but have added her obit to her memorial. It has some additional information.

I'm not related Tracie, just trying to find as much info as I can for folks. I always wonder about the spelling, Erwin/Erwin Irvin/Irwin, are they all related and the name changed depending on who wrote it back when? I always love to be able to link family when possible! Luella

Okay Findagrave has merged the two cemeteries, and As I suspected, there are several duplicates. I have deleted all the ones I created. If you wouldn't mind when you have a moment, please delete any duplicates that you inadvertently created. I am going back to this cemetery this week to see if I can cut down some of the vegetation that has grown around this area to see if some of the headstones aren't buried under the brush.

So great to know there is a fellow Finagrave person in the area!
Just an FYI... Turner cemetery has a twin....Gum Cemetery (Lower) WSS. I have sent a request through the Forum page to have the two cemeteries merged. Once that happens there will be many duplicate memorials, but we can deal with that once the merge is completed. The user who created the Gum cemetery listing is no longer active.
