No, I have not received any requests in several months now. I imagine it is since the site has been taken over by the larger company and they are modifying. I years past, the site was often down, but hasn't had any 'brown-outs' in months. I am just guessing that they may be tweaking the various capabilities in seeing what works best.
Thanks for your note. I wish you a happy holiday season.

Good morning Giuseppe,
I am having exactly the same issue, not being notified of area requests. My understanding is that the [new] owners are slowly, silently revamping and trying to improve the overall functionality. In order for me to see the requests, I am manually searching by zip code under queries for the local area. Hopefully, soon, we will be back to automatic notifications.
It's good to hear from you, I hope you are well.
