USAF Retired. My find a grave contributions are a recent offshoot of my previous 20 yrs of genealogy searches for both my wife's and my own family. Her family carries a lot more historical interest; because of the early origins of her ancestors to settlements throughout New England and NY. A big THANK YOU! to all those who have cooperated and shared their work. Hopefully we can return their kindness by doing the same.|

John - I suggest you go to Find A Grave (see the left side - titled "Action" and then Discussion Forums - point out that woman who entered record is no longer active, you have new and pertinent data, and that some of her data is incorrect (note that she misspelled Clarissa's first name). Some of those who have contributed to that forum have had some success. If all else fails, enter a second record. Jim

I always respond quickly to requests. I don't recall receiving one for the Wymans. No problem, resend it and I'll handle it. Jim

Is she a relative. If so I have no problem transferring her to your custody.

I made the updates for locations of birth and death but you list her date of birth as May and the tombstone lists it as March. Which is correct?

You're welcome. Anything else I can do, please let me know.

I have made the requested links to her parents. FYI - you spelled her married name Persons in your request and it is also spelled that way in her father's obituary. This is incorrect. The last name is Person, with no "s" at the end. Thank you for the information!

Miranda Elizabeth Smith Roberts b 1820 died 21 Oct 1915 Rutland Co VT.
Re the above:
Stone says she was 90, which would make her born c.1825, but in absence of a source, I will have to leave the field blank.
Also, she died in Washington DC, I found her in DC death records. Maybe she lived with family there after the death of her husband.
