RE: Neese Cemetery
Monte, I do not have an answer to this question. I have sent a few messages over the years to Find A Grave reporting this error and They have yet to change the Spelling of this Cemetery in their Records. I know that the Cemetery is "Neece" and that there are "Neece" People buried there, but I have not been able to get Find A Grave to change the Spelling from "Neese" to Neece". If You want to try to explain to them, I Hope and Pray that You have Much Better Luck !!

Neece-Long
The original identification of Mary Long with the presumed widowed surname of Ryker was entered by the original creator of the memorial, not by me. I merely found Ellis and Mary's Find A Grave memorials by accident and left it as originally stated. However, I just found Ellis and Mary's marriage record, inserted a transcription thereof and removed the Ryker surname from the memorial text. My wife is a descendant of Ellis Neece's maternal grandparents, James Ellis and Sarah Riggs, which is why I asked for transfer of the memorial.
