We visited McCall in 2008 and 2010. My wife (ann0606) made these photos. I don't have the two you requested, but I do have two apparent close relatives, Martha, Wife of John W., and Mary Wetherill Doland. I don't know when we will be going there again but, if the two monuments you wanted were still there and legible, I am confident she would have them. She does not.
I am sending copies of the two photos and two of the cemetery itself. The cemetery was in beautiful condition when we were there. It must have taken a lot of work. All cemeteries down there suffered much damage from the hurricanes. The two monuments you are looking for may have been swept away by the storm surge.
A large tree is in the process of "swallowing" Martha's monument and the iron fence around it. You can see that in the photo of the stone and in one of the cemetery photos. It's also possible that those two monuments were destroyed in the same way.

Glad I could be of help. Pat

I will email you the photos, but I've also posted them. Emma and Marshall are in the same section, just a row apart. Belle is buried with Marshall -- she lived to be 93! I found information about Marshall being a part of President Lincoln's Body Guard, before he was promoted and assigned to the US Colored Troops. I've asked the contributor who created Marshall's memorial to add that bio info to the memorial.

Hi, I'm about to post photos for you of the stone for Emma Ellis at Arlington National Cemetery. She is buried in the same section as Marshall Ellis, but separately -- a row ahead and to the right. Was she the mother of Belle Ellis Day, who is listed as the daughter of Marshall and is buried with Marshall? Not sure why they weren't buried together...
There is no number on the back of Emma's stone, but it is not the same number as Marshall's nor is it as it is listed in the VA Gravesite Locator database.
Thank you for your patience, it took awhile to find her stone!
