Bio and Links
Bio Photo Fourth great grandddaughter of Revolutionary War Veteran, Job Sosebee and his wife, Elizabeth Tankersley Sosebee. Second great granddaughter of Jesse and Catherine Akins Fields, Union County, Georgia pioneers. Second great granddaughter of Corp. William Wade Sosebee, a casualty in the Battle of the Wilderness, Spottsylvania County, Virginia, C.S.A.

I love the memory of those gone before me. I think about their lives, joys and sorrows. I admire the faith that many of them exhibited in the way they conducted themselves here and their hope for tomorrow.

Researching the Fields, Sosebee, Wilson, Curtis, Davis, Jarrard, Lark, Bradley, Adcox, Moore, Poston, Seabolt and Turner lines.

RE: Thank you!
Thank you! That's her husband, my grandpa's uncle, John, who was killed when plugging in a light bulb back in the day when electricity wasn't as safe as it is now! Thank so much! :)

RE: Mrs T L Lipscomb Photo
I live in Hall County and have been to the Lipscomb family plot at Harmony Hall Baptist Church(old cemetery) and plan to go soon and take pictures of all the Lipscomb relatives. Thank you so much for all you have done on Find a Grave.

Mrs T L Lipscomb Photo
Just wanted to say thank you for the photo. My gr-grandfather was the brother of Dr. Thomas Lafayette Lipscomb. I was hoping to find the maiden name of Dr Lipscomb's wife. No such luck. There are various names for her on Ancestry, so didn't know if it would be on tombstone. Thanks again.

RE: Chancelor and Sarah Martin
Hi Ila,

You were right about that. It was a transcription error on my part. I have no idea where the date of birth came from for Chancelor.:) As I told Donna, I was waiting for the headstone photo to prove what she was saying.
Thank you for taking the time to write me about this and for all of the photos.
Take care,
Grave Whisperer
