This website is a wonderful way to keep family information connected and available for those who may want it - now and in the future. Since many of our family members were cremated and scattered, Find-A-Grave gives us a place to go to memorialize and remember them.|
Many of the memorials I have created are for family members, but I've created a few for special friends. I've also begun to create memorials at a local cemetery, adding complete dates of birth/death and linking family members (whenever I can find documentation). Please use the EDIT tab to let me know if there are additions or corrections that should be made in any of these memorials.
If you have a closer connection to a specific person than I do, I'll be happy to transfer the memorial to you for maintenance. Please use the EDIT tab to request the transfer.
I'm in the process of uploading the headstone photos that I have taken, although if the marker is too muddy I won't upload until I've had a chance to re-take the photo. If you need the photo sooner, just send me a message and I'll make it a priority to re-take.
If you would like to use a photo that I have taken, please feel free to do so. I would appreciate acknowledgement as the source of the photo. (And if I accidentally fulfill a photo request that you have claimed, please accept my apologies! It wasn't intentional.)

Thanks so much for the picture of Huber's headstone. I really appreciate it.

Thank you very much for that! It's fine as it is.

Thank you for the edit for Carroll Kelso, I had no idea when I made this memorial that he would turn out to be a cousin of my husband.

Yes, I photographed the monument and also created the memorial. I just updated the memorial and added her date of death and marriage to Stanley Skrzycki. As you noted without an image on his death certificate we have no way of knowing where he is buried.

Of course! Please do, I'm happy I could help.

You are so welcome! I wanted to let you know that the inscriptions were on either side of the same stone. I thought that was interesting. Have a great day!

You will find that some volunteers create pages from pre-need gravestone engraving, even though they are not supposed to do that. You are quite welcome.

Candy and I have different ways to create, and manage our pages. I just try to honor the history of a person in my own way. I think that if our pages were merged, she would probably try to have nothing in the bio section. That is her way, not to say it is wrong, it is merely her way.

Thank you for the clarification. I have deleted my page.

That is fine to use her headstone pictures.
I was never able to get to the bottom of why she has 2 stones and is listed in both cemeteries, the lady at the City of Washington who handles the cemetery info. was surprised too. Have a good day.
