Bio and Links
I was born in Tucson, Arizona, spent part of my childhood in Southern Oregon, and most of my adult life in Central California. Now retired, after 38 years of employment and raising three children, I live with my husband in Oregon. I am interested in the Irvines of New Brunswick and Arizona, the Flemings of Georgia and Arizona; and the Christoffersens and Jensens of Denmark, Minnesota, and Oregon/Washington. I also have an interest in the Pettits of Missouri and California.

RE: Photos at Lincoln Memorial Park
Thank you for your offer, but about 2 years ago, I was going into the office to ask for several locations at a time, 3 or more. They told me it would be better for them if I emailed them my requests, as there isn't always someone available at the time I went in to stop what they were doing and look up several locations. They also said their first duty was to the families who had recently suffered loss. They suggested I send them an email with my requests, and when someone had the time they would do the look-ups and email me back. They have promised if I get them the requests on Monday, they would get the locations back to me before Friday. This is working.

Doing the gravestone photos helps me get my walking in and I'm doing something to help family genealogists get photos and the information that is on the marker so they can find answers to questions like names for initials, names of spouses, and sometimes even a marriage date.

Thanks, but I'm doing okay, even on rainy days.

RE: Leighton Wilson Hazlehurst 1863 - 1939
My grandchildren also descend from George Abbott Hall through his daughter Louisa who married Nathaniel Ingraham. I did a memorial for him at Find a Grave and did ones for his daughter Elizabeth and Robert Hazlehurst. My email is

You probably have what I have on George. I think I have his will if you're interested.

Hi Ann, sorry and I believe you're right. I removed the relationship. I tried to look for Robert, but haven't found him. I suspect he also died in Memphis, Tennessee. I know he was born on April 21, 1823 and married Catherine du Bignon.
