|Through my own geneology work, I've come to truly appreciate what one can learn from the information so simply provided on grave markers. |
I am located in northern Iowa and will be happy to help you with photos that may light the next steps in your search!

Hi Maureen, Welcome to Find A Grave. For any info you'd like added to a particular memorial, you can go to the upper right side of the box and find the EDIT button (looks like a folder tab). Click on that and you'll get a bunch of different areas you can use to request the change. If it not one of the main items (NAME, DATE, etc), then you can go to the Make other suggestion and click there, and then put in the changes into the box. If you use the EDIT button, it makes it MUCH easier for the person who gets your message.
Best of luck, and happy graving.

I just noticed that your photo of the front of Russell Madden's headstone isn't on his page. It is on his wife Bertha's page though, so I was hoping you could copy it over. Thanks!

at Rose Hill in Greene, IA. Thank you so much for the photo of her headstone. By any chance did you notice if her husband's headstone was also there, Marilyn Bush Call? I don't know how I missed asking for it, but have requested it. Thanks, again, Helen

Maureen, thank you so very much for taking the time to go out and take this photo for me. I just got back also from being out in 3 cemeteries today while the weather wasn't super hot or wet. Your time is much appreciated.
