Bio Photo Born at Wing, Yell County, Arkiansas on June 29, 1935. Attended Arkansas State Teachers College in Conway, Arkansas. I became a resident of California in 1957. I joined the San Diego Police Department July 22, 1957 and retired as a Sergeant Sept 28 1990. My best assignemnt was that of a SWAT Sergeant. I developed the SWAT Policy and training manual. I served as the only Hostage Negotiator for four years and was on call 24 hours a day

I was drafted by the Army on October 1, 1958, I chose Infantry as my Branch of assignmnent. I attended Officer's Candidate school and was commisioned as a 2nd Lieutenant on October 7, 1959. I was assigned to a reserve Special forces Until for 15 years and ws the Company Comander for seven of those years. I retired as a full Colonel in 1990.

Now I sit around and watch as time passes on.
However. I do spend a lot of time in Arkansas Hunting and fishing with my Cousin Dennis Pickens.

Someone just told me Dell is not buried at Cameron in Trinity County TX. Can you please tell me where he is laid to rest so I can correct this on his memorial? Thank you so much.

No, I haven't received the CD's... can't wait to see them. Will you be able to mail them out this week?

I sent you my phone/home address via Gmail email this morning. My husband have a full day scheduled today, but if you and Barbara want to plan dinner one night this week, I get off work at 5pm... I work in Lakeside so just let me know.
