According to the information on the Crown Hill website, there is no marker.

Hi Judy -
Unfortunately, I do not know if there is a headstone or not. You can put in a request for a photo and see if someone can find it for you. It might be some time before anyone looks though. 90% of this cemetery is in the middle of huge evergreen trees and there is snow and ice on many of the graves until summertime.
You might be able to find some information by calling the place that keeps the burial listings. They might not have anything pertinent, but it doesn't hurt to ask. CBI Printers in Monte Vista is who maintains the cemetery book. Their phone number is 719/852-3550. They can at least tell you if there are any other Sparlings buried in the cemetery.
Hope this helps a little bit. Sorry I can't do anything more for you.

Sorry Judy, none of those names sound familiar. They also do not appear in my family genealogy database.
I searched newpaper archives for February 1 to March 10, 1927 on GenealogyBank.com for William Collins and could not find any articles related to William Collings that involved a shooting.
Have another great day,

Hi Judy! So I looked up all the memorials and also enlarged the photo that I had taken. I'm not the manager of any of the memorials and I believe that PJBonkers who did create them probably used a burial list and that could be the reason for the confusion on George as well as the dates. I added the photo to both memorials to George because I'm guessing I thought the same as you. Have you contacted the original contributor? I wish I had more information to help you out! I did find that the initials at the bottom of the stone for the parents look to be S._. & M.T. so could very well be your folks :)

I must say, when I read your message, I got chills. I did not know that Harry was related to your Kate. I just wanted you to know who was buried on either side of her. I'm glad you got the information you were looking for. Have a good day!

I think I found your grandmother. Her memorial is 45899542. She is in the same section and lot as Newton. She was buried on March 5, 1934.
