Bio and Links
Bio Photo Greetings, and thank you for visiting my profile page. I would like to sincerely thank all of the contributors who provide so much valuable information for the memorials. We all agree the memorials are a work in progress. Find a Grave works so well because of the fantastic, dedicated contributors such as yourself. I receive a LOT of edits and additonal information. I try hard to handle my edits in a timely fashion. Sometimes I am unable to keep up with thanking each and everyone that provides edits and additonal information. For this I am sorry but I sincerely appreciate your hard work and hopefully together we are helping a lot of people with family searches and honoring our departed loved ones.
May God bless each of you.

I am originally from Hartsville, Darlington, Florence area of
South Carolina. I am related to the Watkins, Williams, Browns, Lloyd, Parnells, Kelleys , Kellys, McDonalds, and many many more. This is a great site for building family history to pass on to our children and grand children. God Bless and have a glorious day!

Revelation 21:4
King James Version (KJV)

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

My Brother: Dantzler W. Watkins

P.S. Please take a moment to visit the memorial for Morgan Thompson . We went to High School together. Morgan had been living in the Boy's Home for a number of years. He haid been talking for a couple of years about joining the Army as soon as he was old enough so he could get out of the Boy's Home. He joined the Army and came by school to show us his uniform. He had a smile from ear to ear! I will never forget how proud he looked in his dress uniform. He had just completed basic training and was on his way to Vietnam. A few short months later we got word that Morgan had been killed in combat. God bless you Morgan. You made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Freedom is not free. Through the sacrifices of many thousands of men and women like Morgan we have freedom. He was only 18! Cherish this freedom and never let it be taken away.

Thank you for the correct cemetery and the Section, too. Is St Mary's IN or adjacent to Evergreen? I have updated her page! You are the BEST!

Request filled

Thank you "so" much for sending the photo of my father-in-law's grave marker. I wasn't expecting it so quickly. Such pictures mean a great deal to us. Again, many thanks.

Have a great day.

Veronica :)

RE: Max Karpel
You are definitely a human being and I thank you for what you are doing. I think I may have found Max Karpels gravesite. I now believe it is in New York at Mount Hebron cemetery. This is based on Florida not having a death certificate and mount Hebron having a gravesite that matches the information I have. I can't thank you enough. I will send mount Hebron a check tomorrow and they will take pictures for me. All my best. Ken

RE: Nancy Holoman McDonald
Thanks! I'm still working on this one. I'm not sure that Nancy was Angus' wife. She would have been 6 years old when they got married if the birth and marriage dates are correct. The joys of family history research!

Max Karpel
Johnny, I visited in 1972. Max Karpel died in 1932. As I remember his site is near Wolf Karpel. As a matter of fact, from max karpel you can clearly see the corner of evergreen and Winona. I also remember his site being close to the wall if that helps.I contacted the Jewish center and they were of little help, that is why when I saw your picture on I contacted you. Thank you
