|I have been working on my family genealogy for about 10 years and have my trees separated out on Ancestry.com into maternal/paternal groups. The primary family names of interest to me are:|
I am very fortunate in that my mother's parents left a goldmine of documents, stories and photos.
Some ancestors came to the United States before the Revolution, and others in the mid-1800s. Some ancestors have been elusive, and I may never know details of their births or deaths but keep on searching!

I did just a little quick search and found them on the census like you. I tried to follow Saphrona because that was an unusual name and no luck there. I always say follow the kids if you can't find the parents. Let me know if you need any Minnesota help

I see you have a photo request for a Charlotte White at Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis. Checking the Minnesota Death Index there is no record of a Charlotte White dying in Minnesota since their online records starting in 1908. It looks like she did not die here (or perhaps died before 1908). Have your contacted the person who created the memorial to see what kind of information they have that led them to create a page for her? If you want to check with the cemetery office at Hillside, their phone number is 612-781-3391

You're welcome, glad to be able to help!
|Gina Townley Swinburn||RE: Magdalena Gattiker|
Thank you so much. Some days I'm just a little slower than others! When I backed up and looked at the overall tree it was easier to understand. Thanks so much for clearing that up for me.
|Gina Townley Swinburn||Magdalena Gattiker|
You sent an edit for Magdalena stating that her maiden name was Truninger (Magdalena Truninger Gattiker), followed by an edit on Alfred stating that her headstone photo is on Alfred's page, but noting that her name was Magdalena Blattmann, wife of Hans Gattiker. I have no maiden name in my records so I would be thankful if you could straighten me out!
Also sent a note saying her headstone photo was included with Alfred's. As I didn't post those photos I can't add it to her, but it is certainly her headstone and I will make a request of the photographer to add it to her also.

Thanks for making a photo request for Helen Horstman. We've added it to our list and will get it as soon as we have volunteers able to do so in that section (conditions are difficult and accessibility is limited at Grandview for the moment).
In the note attached to Helen's request, you also requested photos for Thomas & Florence Moore. We have several people with those names at Grandview. If you'd be so kind as to place individual photo requests for the specific ones you're interested in, it will print out on the list we provide our volunteers.
Don't forget, if you'd like to use a FindAGrave volunteer's photo elsewhere, you need to get their approval to do so, since they retain copyright.

Yes, there were about 6 personal stones around the 1 larger stone. I added the 3 other Olders who weren't yet added to Find A Grave. Let me know if you want them transferred.
