|Kevin Mittge||Aneita Lamb|
Thank you very much for the Aneita Lamb gravestone photo!
I was interested in this name as there used to be a funeranl home in thsi area run by Sattley. According to the records I have, thsi genlteman was Cahrles Roy Sattley.. 1880-1948 and he buried with Blanche 1887-1972.. Is this the same person?
|Cindy Bridges Szepe||James Sinclair|

I couldn't find the obituary. He passed away in Contra Costa County, CA. Maybe that can help.
|Sabrina D||John Kouba Gravestone|
I was able to get the picture of John's stone, I am going to see if I can find the obit that you requested. I did find his mother's obit:
San Francisco Examiner, February 15, 1951
KOUBA – In this city, February 14, 1951, Antonia Kouba, dearly beloved mother of Mrs. Rose Carter, Mrs. Amelia Brashears and John Kouba, also survived by five grandchildren.
Funeral services Friday afternoon, 1 o'clock at the Mortuary of Halsted & Co., 1123 Sutter Street, near Polk.
According to the CA death index: Born May 16, 1879. And from the mortuary record she is buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Colma, CA.
Hope this helps.
|Stan||Thanks for the Glaze pictures!|
Thanks so much for going to Fairlawn and taking pictures of the Glaze graves. I have never been able to visit there, and I really appreciate your effort.
Arthur and Fredonia are my grandparents and I spent a lot of time with them when I was young - also my uncle Tyler, and his wife Irene. My uncle Fred died tragically in an accident during WWII basic training in Texas. That really was a terrible blow to his family - it always hung over them afterwards. He was a very
promising, good looking young man.
When you were there, did you happen to see a marker in that same area for a Kate Steele Glaze (or Kate Steele Woodward) who was born in 1860's and died around 1946? (she was Arthur's mother who lived with them in OKC until her death) Or the grave of a small child - Frederick Glaze (Kate's son about 3 years old)who died in the 1880's or 90's? I had thought those two were also buried there, but can't find a listing for them.
Thanks again for all you did - you are very kind.
Hope your own ancestor searches are going well !
