I am more than happy to transfer any memorials that my family is not connected to. |
This is all about connecting families and sharing. I have no reason to keep memorials of people I'm not related to. So please, just ask for your family member to be transferred.
For easy transfers, please click on the 'edit' button on the top right of the memorial you would like transferred, then click on 'suggest a correction', ask me to transfer the memorial and please include your member number (which you can find at the top of your profile page next to your display name).
I hope everyone has read the rules about NOT entering names of survivors.
Love this line from the movie 'Personal Effects'...
"It's about waiting for someone to come back, that you know will never come back. About that time spent waiting and the people you meet in the waiting room."
I have met a lot of wonderful people in the waiting room!
Some of our family...

As I have said a dozen times. I know I can count on you so I ask you to make the additions and links. BUT your work is not done until I am all caught up on my family tree. So, it looks like I will have more work for you. ha ha Thank you for all that you do. Pat
|Pat Kaszubowski - Thomas||RE: Cherrette|
I know I can count on you to add items to a Memorial and to link family members.
Thank you for being so helpful.
|Mary John||Ruth Mills Schalk|
Thank you for the transfer of Ruth Mills Schalk's memorial. I will let you know what other Schalk's connect to her.
That was the only 'find' at Bland. Also added some Taylor records at West End and Mountain View Cemeteries in Wythe County. No Toliver's though...

|David Vaughan||Photo requests|
I just added a couple of your photo requests: John and Matilda Toliver from Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Alleghany County, NC. The next time I'm up that way, I'll be glad to look for the others on your list.

You have been awesome at doing the updates and linking people for me. I really appreciate all that you do and all that you have done for me.
Thank you so very much. Pat
Is this a member of your family? He is on Find A Grave.

Born in Pomarn, Germany, October 8, 1852; came to America in 1870 and located at Detroit, where he learned the blacksmith's trade; married to Auguste Vorgt, who was born in Wayne County, Mich., January 3, 1859; parents of twelve children; five boys and two girls now living. Residence, Moltke, Michigan, section 26.
Taken from Patrons' Directory of Presque Isle County, Michigan.
Where did that question make come from :(
Okay, so I did a copy and paste because I didn't want to spell the surnames wrong and forgot to delete the question mark. What was that I said about age?
|Mary Briggs||Haselhuhn and Bruder|
I would be honored to have you use my Haselhuhn and Bruder family headstone pictures on my family tree?
I am very new at doing this procedure and I'm pleased, more than I can say, that you like what I've been able to teach myself. Learning keep me young. I was at the cemetery because I wanted to something together with my husband for the whole day and celebrate my 78 birthday with a color tour and a dinner out some place we don't go to often. I had my heart set on Black Mountain Lodge but they were closed for the season which surprised me because we eat there after skiing.
