Bio Photo From the Tidewater area of Virginia where history is all around,Jamestown in 1607,the Revolutionary War end at Yorktown in Oct.1781,War of 1812 and the War between the States. There was nothing Civil about it. Retired military U.S.Army/Air Force. We have always had someone in the family in the military. Living in North Fl.. In and out of Richmond Hill Ga.. That is about 20 miles outside of Sav.Ga..Up in Virginia about every two months. (by I-95)
Have a curiosity about Genealogy, my family or someone from another. From where we have come from,you can sometimes see where we are going and why.
Doing research on the Walchers of Walkers of Va. The Witherspoons side was covered well by David Howell Witherspoon his book The Witherspoons of North Carolina 1775-1975.
