Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in geneology since my junior year in high school. I have been collecting family history since then, along with two aunts of mine- Goldie Stephens and Doris Snyder- who are now deceased.
I am a past member of the Colonial Dames of the 17th Century, Roanoke, Virginia Chapter.
I just recently joined Findagrave and have met several wonderful relatives, such as Mike Hahn and Patty Walls.
My focus has been the Craft, Dollman, Buhrman, and Slusser families of Virginia.

Carper Family.

I am a Carper descendent from the line of Ingleside, West Virginia. My grandfather was Rush Payne Carper.

Corporal Wyndham Randolph Carper was also my cousin. I too am working on the Carper family tree. If you have any info to share, I would deeply appreciate it.

Thank you

Jim Jones

Can I use your headstone photo for this memorial in my ancestry tree? And any others I come across of the Linkenhoker line? I'm building a tree for a friend.
Thanks, Lisa

Andew Craft at Andrew Chapel
I too have photographed this cemetery and could not find him. This was from an old reading by Geraldine Obenshain. There apparently was once a marker there. He was located in the area with Catherine Craft and David J Craft his parents according to the reading.

Shelby Silas Hastings, Hampton National Cemetery

FYI - I posted a tombstone photo for Shelby Silas Hastings today. I noticed you sponsored his memorial. If you would like the full size photo I can send it to you. The tombstone is hard to read and the larger photo may be better if you are related to him.
