Bio and Links
Bio Photo Over the past few years, I have been researching my ancestry, trying to find my roots in Quebec, Acadia, and New England. My ancestors came from France, Scotland, England, Ireland, and Bavaria. I also have three Acadian Mi'kmaq great grandmothers (quite a few generations back) who married settlers from France in Nova Scotia. I have SO enjoyed learning about the lives of my ancestors! This photo was taken in Saint Ephrem, Quebec, where many Gagne family members had lived for several generations before moving to New England. Countless family christenings, marriages, and funerals had taken place in that church, and I felt absolute awe visiting this town where so many of my ancestors had lived and died. I have many more such visits to make to other towns, churches, and cemeteries!

RE: THANK YOU!
you are welcome. I believe there are more in Ste Agathe, and I also photoed St Pierre de Broughton and Inverness, will be posting those in weeks to come. Its a slow process! Anything requested after I complete my postings does not exist, as I did the complete cemeteries.

Zelma McNamara
Hi. Just wanted you to know I went to this cemetery for the first time the other day. It is fairly large. It took me a while to get my lay of the land. At first glance I was unable to find Zelma's grave, but now I have a much better idea where Zelma might be buried. I will be back there soon and hopefully with better news.

Re: Irwin

You are welcome. Those shiny monuments can be tricky to photograph straight on, hence the angled up view on the inscription to be able to read it against the reflection of the sky.

Cheers,
Patrick

This was the name that matched the plot number you
accompanied with the request for Mary Irwin
Does this make sense?

RE: Massett
I have just posted new pictures I took today. I hope you enjoy them. It makes me sad to know that so few are marked. If I can get any more information about which could possibly be Keaton's I will let you know.
