RE: Wuehrmann/Dalk
Hi Rita, We had an e-mail conversation last year, if you recall we were introduced by mutual cousin Jeff Mahn and you sent me a bunch of information. I requested the photo of my grandmother's grave and connected her to her parents. I'm trying to connect up the McDermott side as well. You can message me on "ancestry" too.

Rita,
I would like to have a photo of her grave. My husband's cousin told me that Carolyn's husband said she is buried in Chino Valley Cemetery. That's all I know. She died in 2012, so I would think she would be listed on Find A Grave.
Any help you are able to provide is appreciated.
Mary

Gentry Cemetery
Rita, the road I was referring to was the Spencer Mill Rd. If memory serves me right, that was the road we took to cross over the interstate to the Brown Cemetery. These are all my husband's relatives but I believe the Gentry Cemetery was on the Spencer Road north of the main interstate from Memphis to Nashville.

Comfort Elizabeth Meek married Thomas Benton Gentry who was born 23 Mar 1943, married Comfort, 5 Dec 1863 and died 11 June 1900 and they are buried in the Gentry Cemetery. Comfort Elizabeth Meek was the daughter of Moses Christopher Meek who was my husband's 2nd great grandfather. That would make Comfort his great grand aunt and Thomas Gentry his great grand uncle.

All I can tell you is that the picture of Carrie and her husband's stone was not on a hill behind a farm house. If I can help you any more, please let me know. Lois

Fulton & Carrie Gentry
You know, you have me stumped. My husband's aunt died 25 November, 2004 in Smyrna, Tennessee. I had done a lot of Meek research in Dickson Co. who married into the Browns and Gentrys. As a favor to me, my husband, brother-in-law and his wife, took a detour on our way home and searched out the little Meek Cemetery which is located just off and overlooks the interstate. We then went to the main road (I believe on of the two that you mentioned) and crossed the interstate and took a right and came to the Brown Cemetery. We then came back over that same road to go to a buffet we heard had good food and passed the Gentry Cemetery. Since that was also in the family line, we stopped there and I took a few pictures. I finally found the stone you are talking about and see that I only added that in 2011. I am not sure why I waited so late to do so. However, I will try to go back to that set of pictures and reinforce my find. I do not remember stopping in anyones backyard and seeing only one tombstone to Fulton and Carrie Gentry. I will check with my husband and see if he recollects anything like that. I just checked with my husband and he does not recall stopping anywhere where there was just a single stone.
