Maria, If you get multiple messages about this memorial I am so sorry. I have no idea why it is repeating the message, I always get a copy of a correction, and I have 11 of the same message now. It must be a glitch in the Findagrave system. I am sorry. Thanks for your help! Vonna

Dear Marie,

You are welcome. It was my pleasure to have the
opportunity to take the photo for you and family.

General Patton
While I respect your opinion of General Patton, your calling him a "mealy-mouthed wimp" on Major General Smedley Butler's memorial makes you look silly. I also find it offensive as my father served under General Patton in Europe and named me after the good general. General Patton had his issues, but he was no "wimp". I'm not going to ask you to remove your ignorant remark; however, I do want you to realize how ignorant you may seem to others and me in your belittlement of a great American General who played a major role in kicking the German's asses during WWII. If you have nothing good to say about General Patton, please refrain from offending those of us who do KNOW how great General Patton is by your insensitive comment.
