RE: nancy eliz harper armstrong
Nancy Eliz. Harper Armstrong married into our family. Her mother-in-law was a Putney. I collected a bunch of information about her Harper family, trying to locate Nancy Eliz...finally did. She died in Galesburg, but they brought her home to be buried next to her father. I'm having problems with my printer right now, but I've got info. to send you when I find a way to do that.

Rakestraw Triplets Photo
I was looking for Rakestraw's on Find a Grave and came across the photo of the triplets you posted on the Freeman Rakestraw memorial. You see, Harriet Rakestraw (the lady in the middle)was my great grandmother. She married John H. Hocker in 1881. My grandmother(her daughter)was Blanche Hocker who married Arthur Mann. Their daughter Erma(Mann)Nichols was my mother who passed away last April. I was amazed to see the picture and was wondering if/how you were related. Thanking you in advance and I appreciate the posting.
