I live in Frankfort Kentucky and love helping any way I can to help people with graves of their loved ones or family members. I am working to get as many memorials of my family on here as possiblle. I have been working strong on hard on my family tree especially on my mothers side of the family and my kin are Swanagans,Perkins,Albrights,Wood,Carroll,Sextons, and many more. I am looking froward to continuing to trace my family tree and begin working on my fathers side, the "Hagy" side of the family and this I know will lead me to Hagy's,Thompsons,Ingrams,King's, and others I have yet found!!

I am the great-granddaughter of Andrew J. Swanagan. I saw previous messages regarding the Swanagans buried at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Woodford County. I believe that you are referring to my grandparents, George and Blanche Swanagan. I uploaded pictures of their grave markers yesterday. I would love any information that you have on the Swanagan family. Researching them has been difficult due to the name change. Hope that you receive this message and that I hear from you in the near future. Gena Swanagan Frazer

RE: Fathers Birth Place..
Hazel passed away in 1946 due to cancer. She married Charles Edward Jackson. My dad and Charles Jr. was born in Logan, West Virginia. Hazel and Charles Jr. are buried very close to Ida and Matt. I think our aunt Sue is still living and most likely living around Lancaster, Ohio. My mom and dad lost touch with her a few years ago. Lorraine passed away a couple years ago.

My dad Donald is still living but doesn't remember very many details. He had an older brother Charles who passed away when he was a teenager in a car accident. I am interested if any of the family may have pictures of his mother Hazel who was Golda's sister. We have also lost touch of their sister Sue also. As a kid we spent Christmas with Sue and exchanged gifts. We also visited Golda, Ash and Ida when they lived in Cleveland. My mom and dad have letters that Ida and Golda wrote us. I am the oldest of Donald's children. I was born in 1969 and I have 2 brothers, Donny and Adrian. I am also researching the family tree so If you need anything info I may have concerning my dad just let me know. It's nice to meet a close relative on my dad's side of the family.

I am Ida's great grand daughter, Angela (Jackson) Poling. My dad(Donald) was raised my Ida and her husband Matt. I was wondering if you have any information about my dad's family. He was just a child when Hazel(his mother) passed away and we have very little information about his family. I remember visiting Ida when she lived in Cleveland and my mom has pictures of my brother and I in front of Ida and Matt's grave. My dad's mother Hazel Evelyn Jackson and his brother Charles Edward Jackson are buried very near Ida and Matt. Any information you have will be greatly appreciated, especially if you know anything about Hazel's husband Charles Edward Jackson Sr.

Thank you,
Angela Poling
