|Tiffany Meyer||Warren V. Howell|
So, a volunteer for the cemetary said that the earlier graves are listed on the front of the two pillars of the East Union Cemetary. These are names that currently have no graves in the cemetary (perhaps from being so old). I took a picture of the listed last name "Howell" and the date beside it said 1859 (this, I believe, is a birth year...?) which would make this person 33 years old.
It's a little hard to get ahold of the person in charge of the books and there are no plot numbers listed on the grounds, but I will keep this gravesite in mind for plot 23-5 (as listed on Warren V. Howell's page) and perhaps there is another early "Howell" grave in the actual cemetary itself.

Jessie does not have a marker, I believe she is in Block 57 Lot 2 grave 1. I went into the office on the map there was a J Rinehart in grave 1. The other J Rinehart is in grave 3, that is Jane. On Jessie memorial, the BP means there was a Buried Permit was issued. The cemetery know she was buried in the cemetery but does not know where. There was a fire years ago and the cemetery lost some records. I'm thinking she was the first to died in the family so she went into grave 1. Just a guess.
