In my youth, I often looked through the box of old family images and negatives that was stored far away in the closet. Who are these people and what do they mean to me? While at college, my Architectural studies allowed me the opportunity to work in the Photo Lab. This experience enabled me to take those negatives and make them real, and as such was my first opportunity to create a family album and to understand our family's history. The start of a life long effort!
The advent of the computer and the internet just made it all that much easier. Over the years I have enjoyed making connections with family in the name of family research. There is a lot of information available from various sources and it takes one family member to organize it and make it available to all!
As past president of Clan MacCallum/Malcolm Society of North America Inc and now their "Family History Coordinator" I truly value our rich heritage and I endeavor to assist others in their ancestry quest.

 | 86365501 Backus Hello, we were wondering if you would allow us to use your pictures in our family tree. We promise, as always, we will cite you and Find A Grave as our source. Thank you so much for considering it. S | | | justus2
 | Dean Family Dear Neil, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful pictures of my family and how quickly your response to my request was. I did not expect to get anything until spring when the snow melts. What a wonderful gift you give to others. Seeing the pictures somehow touches my heart, it's hard to put into words.
Thank you again, DebAdded by justus2 on Jan 20, 2013 12:57 PM | | | Kahpo
