|Margaret||Ann Tucker Owens|
Thank you for the Baltimore Sun info. I also took the liberty of linking Ann to John and Mary since she was single when her father died and was mentioned in his will, receiving the land and 7 slaves.
I will have to do some more research for Ann Tucker Wright since she has been unlinked from John and Mary.

Ann's information has been updated. I also made corrections on Louisa Tucker Owens' memorial.
Does Annapolis Families have any of the "early" Tuckers?
Thanks for the update.

The recent email gave Fannie's parents as Tucker. I do believe that the author made an error. Fannie Nutwell married William Tucker.
At the time of the interview, her daughter Marcelina was mentioned.
Their family is buried in All Hallows Chapel, Davidsonville.
That clears up one more person/family from the PL interview.

Yes, I own a copy of the DAR book, Tombstone Inscriptions of Southern A. A. Co. and I created the Tucker Cemetery at Mill Swamp from the book.
Linda Davis and I went to the cemetery and located the gravestones for her to photograph.

For now, I would like to know if you can locate
two marriages (to help prove the letter)
Fanny (Frances) Tucker to Unknown Tucker. Fanny was living in 1965 so I would assume that it was a late 1800s marriage. She had a daughter Marcelena (single in 1965)
Benjamin Lewis Tucker married Unknown Owens.
He supposedly is the grandfather of Fanny.
As always, your help is appreciated.

The letter was very hard to read but I began to transcribe it yesterday so that it would be easier for me to refer to. My main reason for
looking up the house was to help transcribe the gravestones (that were listed in the AA Tombstone book). Ann Tucker Owens might well be buried at the previous home, "Bloomfield" which is/was in Riva. There were 2 Tucker homes there that had cemeteries. Both were on the water and supposedly eroded, with the stones long gone in the body of water.
Please, if you wish me to transfer any of the many Owens memorials to you, I will be most happy to do so. It is a pleasure to help someone that uses "references".
I plan to work on some more of this for a while today.

It is always nice to hear from you with corrections.
The internet is slow in my area today and I was unable to get on AOL the 2nd time to re-check the information that you provided.
I made the updates that you sent. If you have
time, check the MIHP survey AA-2064. There is
an attached letter from Paul Lanham where he tells of a couple of interviews he made. Some is proven, some is not. Do you have access to AA County marriages?
This is not my family, but I want the memorials that I create to be correct.
Since AOL has been slow, I will possibly email you through my private account, using Genealogy with the names in the heading.
Thanks again for your help.

In haste...updates are made, thanks. The cemetery memorials are from Old Graveyards, Calvert Co., Md., by Jerry & Mildred O'Brien.
Meanwhile, if you Google CT-3 Highland, the MSA information should appear. There are some cemetery photos there. There also were some photos taken by the current owner of the home, but I have been unable to locate them today. The internet is slow here at the library......
I made an update of the cemetery description and added 3 more memorials.
More later as time permits.
Thanks for all of your help,
