Bio and Links
My name is Robert Casida and I live in Cloverdale, Putnam County, Indiana. My grandmother, Mary Arbelle Ogles Casida, has done a lot of Genealogy research on the Casida/Cassida line. She passed away June 3, 2007 and I have taken it upon myself to continue her research. If there is any information you need, feel free to contact me.

Isaac Newton Casida Jr.
I also see a few other errors. There is no proof that Isaac was born in Wayne Co. Only that he was born in Kentucky. I see that you acknowledge 6 children, so who do you think Nancy Morrow's father is? Matilda left Alex the end of October 1832 when Isaac brought her back to Indiana, and Nancy was born August 27, 1833. It wasn't a late pregnancy because Alex had been gone for 2 months. Also, if Reuben was born May 11, 1851, then Matilda couldn't have died until then.

Isaac Newton Casida
Hi Robert, Can you please tell me how you conclude that Isaac Newton's mother was named Delilah since he stated that he does not know his mother's name, and I know of no other proof. I believe this is wrong information that has been passed along in error. Would like to chat via email.

I'm sure you are aware that although she was called TEMPA, her given name was Temperance Jane Jordan.
I am research Reuben as I have been for several years, to see if he was one of the seven Jordan brothers who originally settled in Franklin County, Illinois. There was a Reuben Jordan as one of the brothers and it was said he removed to Indiana, so I'm still searching to ascertain if he was the son of Thomas Jordan the Elder who was the father of the other sons and daughters. It's nice that you are concerned enough to continue your mother's research. Thank you.

Ruth and Harden Querry
Hello, I have transferred management of the memorials for Ruth and Harder Querry to you. I had only added them so I could attach photographs.

Thanks for posting a clearer photo, I deleted my blurred one. Was there some other information you wanted to add? I can transfer this one to you if you want as I'm not a relative.
