you have to do. No one is allowed to take them back but you can return them by transferring to my number. my number is # 47309755

Russ, that's ok. I transfer mine to our WVGS Wabash Valley Genealogy Society because there will always be someone to care for our people. Have you checked out our website? Hope all is well, geraldine

RE: our step great grandpa jacob
And I found someone related to him who also does a lot of work on Find A Grave. I must have gotten the genealogy bug from Dad, but I also like to take pictures and collect them, too. Right now I'm working on one of our family genealogy books, putting it on FindAGrave

I'm glad they are there for you :)

If you go their memorials to the edit button in the top right hand corner and go to suggestion request a transfer I would much prefer a relative to maintain the memrials

Perlie Minnett
Well this is wierd Russ.

The reason I misspelled Minett with two n's is because I worked with Perlie Minnett (jr.) at Anaconda/Alcan in Terre Haute, Indiana for 17 years back in the 1970's through 1990.

He always spelled it with two n's.

He was a great guy!

I have his Findagrave site as well as about a hundred other fellow workers.

RE: rowe cemetary
Yes it is in Adams Twp. - side note I went to Sand Creek EUB church when I was a child. The church is a couple of miles from the cemetery.

RE: family connections?
Thanks Russ. I am connected to the Greggs. Interesting. They are on my mother/maternal grandmother married Gregg/Gragg. My Starkey's are on my Dad's side.
As to Memorial weekend, not that I have any plans. I will ask permission for us to go back there, as we have to go thru a couple of fields & don't know if they are planted yet. That would mean we walk. Not so good for me, bad knees, shortness of breathe, fatness. So I will see what I can come up with as I would like to take you back there. Keep in touch, busy time with grandkids graduating, etc. Just got back from Kansas also. geraldine
