Photo permission
Hello! Thank you for your work at Find A Grave. It's sincerely appreciated. I'm writing to ask for your permission to use your headstone photos of my family members with my public family tree at You and Find A Grave would be credited. The one I'm looking at is for Francis Darner (No. 79525475), but there might be others. Please reference Francis Darner when responding. Thanks again. -- Randall McCoach, Albuquerque, N.M.,

Shineflew Photo Requests
Normally when they report a stone cannot be found to photograph, that is noted in the plot section, then the request is removed so that it does not continually show up on the photo request pages.

Thanks for the photos of the Robinses
Really nice of you to volunteer. Are you, by chance, related to Dennis Brammer (20261530)? My wife connects with his wife, Thelma. Thanks.

Dear Pat Brammer:

I am currently compiling in hard copy the Cheadle family history of which the above is married to a descendant of the progenitor, George Cheadle. My mother-in-law was a Cheadle. I am NOT requesting transfer of any memorials. I consider it a common courtesy to respectfully request permission to download gravestone photos which pertain to our line as well as information from obituaries, etc., regardless of copyrights. I normally give credit as "Courtesy, Pat Brammer, contributor, Find A Grave Memorial # ? ? ?". However, since some do not wish recognition, I use "Courtesy of Find A Grave contributor who wishes to remain anonymous" which lets people know I am not plagiarizing other peoples' research without their knowledge.

My treatise is in no way a profit making project and will not (by my request) be posted on the internet nor will living individuals be included to the best of my ability.

You have no idea how much we who are of an age (I'm 85) or distance and cannot traipse through cemeteries as we once did appreciate the effort and passion of you who contribute to Find A Grave. Many thanks from an old lady. In many cases (such as this one) I don't even have an idea where the person is buried!

Headstone Photos
Love the wonderful headstone photos that you took for Mary and Noel Ward and Oscar Johnson. Also, thank you for taking the time out of your day to take them for me. I deeply appreciate your response to my request.
Have A Great Day!
