Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired and live on a farm seven miles from Marble Hill, MO. I am from the St. Louis area so it has taken me time to find all the cemeteries in my neighborhood. I would like to keep my cemetery research to a ten or fifteen mile distance from home. I really enjoy walking the cemeteries snapping photos. I do my best to find the requested tombstones but I like to make the most of my time so I take all the tombstone. I have a soft spot for Infants and Military graves. One didn't have a chance at life and the other gave their time to save our lives.

Moving memorials
Hello, I saw a message you left on another contributor's page asking for help moving a memorial from one cemetery to another. In case you didn't get an answer, here's how:

You move a memorial by going to the edit tab on each individual memorial and clicking it. On the next screen, select "burial information", that brings up another screen; "cemetery burial" should be checked. Click continue... on the next screen, clear out the cemetery name box (it will have the name of the cemetery the memorial is currently in) and type in the name where you want it to go; (it may not allow the full name) and click the "search for a cemetery box", this will bring up a list to select from, and hopefully the one you want will be there; it may be a lengthy list. Select it, and click "save changes" at the bottom. That moves the memorial. You have to do each one individually.

I hope this helps you.
By the way, my mother is also a Marlene Smith!

RE: Jackson City Cemetery
That would be a good cemetery to photograph. I have taken some pictures there, but live in Georgia. I don't always have a lot of time to take pictures when we are there. My husband has relatives buried there.
