All of my life I have been visiting relatives in cemeteries it seems and once at an early
age as I walked through viewing the grave-stones I remember thinking, no matter what I am struggling
with at this time, someone here has lived it all before me so many years ago. I felt then that my
world was not so different, realizing that we all share those trials along our way. Life is indeed
a continuous cycle. I am so glad that I stumbled upon where I see so many people
working together in an attempt to connect people to their family and friends in this virtual cemetery.
I would have never been able to travel so far from my home to view the grave of a past great, great,
great grandfather or mother but here with a click of a mouse it is done. A great (Thanks!) to all the
volunteers for the time and effort put into this site.

Then I'll ride upon the wings of time and live an endless life." - Linda Goetsch

RE: Margaret and Herman Wilbanks
Thank you for finding the graves for Margaret and Herman Wilbanks and taking and posting the pictures. You are right, there is a discrepancy with their son, James Ray Wilbanks. I have requested an edit for the correct son, who died in childbirth in 1952, to their profiles. Unfortunately the creator of the profile for James Ray Wilbanks born in 1941 is unreachable. Thanks for the information.

RE: Russell Spach, in search of his spouse
I "work" with several people in that area who visit cemeteries frequently. However, this is not the best time of year to go cemetery-hopping. Hopefully in the Spring the photo request will be filled. If not, email my personal address on my profile and I will put you in touch with someone who may help you.

I've never been to that cemetery. Go ahead and submit the photo request. I'm sure it will be checked out when the weather improves in the area.

If you see someone has posted pictures of headstones but they cannot be read, Go ahead and post a better picture if you have one.

There can be up to 5 pictures per Memorial.

To many times unreadable photos are posted.

Thanks again

Many times People post Memorials on information they find else where. Newspapers, old Records etc.

Many times they have not even been to the cemetery.

This is why I request Pictures of Headstones.
I use the information on the Headstone.

When you find that Name spelling and dates don't match the headstone. Send information to person that created the memorial and request they make the necessary changes.

This can be done using the EDIT tab on top right hand corner of Memorial.

You can also request they add the Links to family members using the edit Tab.

Always be sure to include the Memorial Find A Grave number of the family members

Thanks Again

I have nothing about his military service on his Find a Grave memorial.
Also I have made the correction about Tommy Sam.

The Sumners
After I read your note, I looked at the memorial page where you want the children to be listed. However, I don't "own" or manage that page for Thomas P. Sumner nor for his wife Malinda.

You will need to contact the manager of their pages as he/she would be the only one who can modify the pages. I don't have access to them.

I did make a couple of other corrections/additions that you requested for the Sumners buried in West Hill though.

The Sumners
I got your message regarding the Sumners buried in West Hill. If their children are listed on Findagrave in another cemetery, can you send me their ID numbers? That way I can link them. If they are not listed on Findagrave in the other cemetery, do you just want me to list their names in the bio?
