Steve, I have always been interested in history. I do enjoy looking at the old graveyards. So if I can help out in any way, I'm glad to do it.
I think I can get down there. I have an idea the location, been there one time years ago. See what I can do tomorrow. I like snakes, so no problem !

Hi Steve, I enjoy doing the ones out in the woods. I just can't find some of them.
No, I am not on face Book. RB

Thanks for the info. I added it under notes about him, giving you credit for finding the info. Appreciate the time you spend as a volunteer.

|Amanda Bishop Burns||Blanche Abbott|
Ok I found her daughter is buried in Poplar Hill Cemetery in Anson Co, NC her name is Natalie Jane Higginbotham who was married to Sidney F. Higginbotham. Blanche married James Dabney Hawkins. Still looking for her burial site.
|Amanda Bishop Burns||Eumera Abbott Langford|
I believe Eumera would probably be buried at Ivy Chapel Cemetery in Bedford, Virginia as she married Robert A. Langford. he was the son of Pleasant and Susan B. Langford. They were from Albermarle Co. VA and are buried in what Bedford Calls "Coffee". As for Blanche I am still searching. The Abbotts link to my line through my "Mayes" families who are linked with the "Nichols" I am from Dinwiddie but now live in Bedford. I know a lot of the Abbotts are buried at Longwood and Oakwood cemeteries. i will let you know if I find out where they actually are. but my best guess is Eumera is at that one but I didn't see it on this website.
