I'm a Pet Store owner in Eastern Oklahoma who enjoys genealogy and scrapbooking in my spare time. |
I discovered Find A Grave nearly 3 years ago and have been taking pictures and creating memorials ever since. I think that NO ONE should ever be forgotten. With the help of my hubby & daughter, we are happily fullfilling photo requests for our area of Eastern Oklahoma, which is in Leflore County. We are also venturing into Sequoyah County and Haskell County as well. We make weekly trips to Fort Smith, Ar so I keep an eye out for requests from there.
We enjoy spending time together walking the cemeteries, marveling at the beauty in the headstones, and then finding that particular one that a family member has requested makes it even more special for us.
Some of the names in my direct line are Lambert, Chaney, Jones, Heckler, Zahn, Wilson, Noblitt, Very, Booth, Edwards, Bartram, McClure, Vance, & McGovney just to name a few.

Thank you for the information on Clinton Goss. Do you know where he is buried?

If you have a picture of Laura Jackson Bryant's husbands headstone a memorial page will need to be added. Laura's memorial page has her spouse listed as Charley Clinton Bryant (1928 - 2008) but this is not correct. Her spouse was Charles Wiley "Charley" Bryant born in 1868 in Alabama, I don't have a death date.

Thank you for taking the time to get the picture of Laura's headstone. I really appreciate it.

|Mary||Mary J. Goss Very|
You left flowers on Mary J. Goss Very 1944-1927 findagrave Memorial #60863534 stating that she was your ggg grandmother on your dad's side. She was the daughter of Louisa Williams Goss and Clinton Goss. Louisa Williams Goss Ellis was my great-grandmother. Do you know anything about Clinton Goss? I can not find where he is buried. I think he might have died around 1847 but I am not sure.
Hoping to hear from you.

Hello, I would be related to you through her husband. Marie Heckler Lambert was married to Clyde R Collins in or around 1960. Clyde R Collins is the brother to my Great Grandfather John Franklin Collins Sr (1915-1981). I have been trying to research my grandfather John's siblings and their children.
