Bio

I have unofficially been searching for my ancestors all my life, officially the last five years. The search has brought much delight to my life, answering age old questions, where were my ancestors and what did they do? Have I walked on the same soil as they did? I am proud of all of them and the hardships they endured so that I can call America my home. I found Ancestors of mine that have fought for every freedom we have today, others that came on the Mayflower, revolutionary war, civil war, Mexican American war, my list is long. I thank each of them, especially the women that kept everything together and everyone alive, not an easy job.
Gowin,Coker, Peavler,Votaw, Devine, Freeman, Carey, Tolley are mainly my focus. Kentucky is the state they settled in.
