RE: William Archer
I added all the other Archers who were buried in the same lot. There are 3 headstones in that lot that don't have Archer names. One is "Teresa," one is Vivian Mildred Hughes., and one is "Mabel." Do you know their surnames or relationship to the Archers?

Bruce Fenton
Hi there,

I may have some information about Bruce H. Fenton. It appears that he attended Jefferson High School in Portland, OR and graduated in the year 1924. I have a copy of the Jefferson High School 1924 yearbook and his picture is in it. If this is indeed the same Bruce Fenton, I'll add the picture to his Findagrave memorial. If you can recognize him, shall I send you the picture first to confirm?

I don't know why you are having trouble reading it. I just e-mailed you the picture. Maybe you can see it better from there. The headstone says Lina 1869-1951 and Fred 1858-1931.

Wendy, you are entirely welcome. Other's have taken pictures that I can use, and I'm happy to pass along the favor. Bless all those out there that are willing to share their photos!!! (some aren't). This is all for the families. I happened to be in the cemetery and had extra time and started snapping photo's.

Fred and Lena
George,

Thanks so much for your adventure. I'm trying to see the information on the stone and can't read it.

It looks like "Lina" not "Lena" as we thought is on the top and I am assuming that "Fred" is on the bottom. Are there dates, and if so, what are they?

Sorry that the family was hiding in the bushes!!

Best,

Wendy

RE: Coey & Kraker Photographs
Many times there are two markers for those who served our country. The family creates a headstone, and then the one provided by the government is put at the as an additional marker.

RE: Walthers Gravestone...
Found Fred and Lina hiding behind the bushes of the original headstone I posted. I'm glad this oops led us to more information.

Hi Wendy,
I added the correct headstone today.
I'll leave the old one there for a couple of days incase you want to copy it. It is a very similiar headtone with the same surname, you might find a connection down the road.
