Hebron Christian Church
Mr. Clark, Do you have any idea who the caretaker of Hebron Christian Church might be? Several of us have tried, unsuccessfully, to get this information. Someone must have this information but we've hit a brick wall. Hoping you might know.

Anne Runkle
Thank you for the photo of the memorial stone for Anne Runkle at Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery. Do you know if her husband, Howard Franklin Runkle, is also buried there?

Thanks again.

RE: James H. Tuck 1918-1918
James Harper Tuck would have been my uncle had he survived. He died of spinal meningitis when he was just under 9 months old.
I'm wondering about the unmarked graves next to his as it's possible they may also be some I am looking for.
Thanks for the quick response.

RE: James H. Tuck 1918-1918
Thank you. James H. Tuck was the brother of my father, Thomas Franklin Tuck, who is buried at Nelson Baptist Church. I had heard the story from my grandmother, Nannie Chronister Tuck, that she had a son named "Jack" who died of spinal meningitis when he was 9 months old. I was elated to find this grave and took pictures of it. Now I'm wondering who is in the unmarked graves beside him. I'm still looking for the graves of Powell Tuck and his wife Martha (my g-grandparents, and James Monroe Chronister and his wife Martha.
I believe the H in James H. stands for Harper as my grandfather was John Harper Tuck and he is also buried at Nelson Baptist Church.

James H. Tuck 1918-1918
James H. Tuck March 1918-November 1918 is buried in Hebron Christian Church Cemetery. I had been looking for this grave for many years. I already had a picture of the tombstone but am curious now as to the unmarked graves beside his.
Do you know who I might be able to contact to find out who is buried in those graves?
I greatly appreciate your efforts and hope to become a contributor one day.

RE: Hebron Cemetery
I didn't take the photos. Margaret Gagliardi did. In Feb. she handed me a disk with lots, and I do mean LOTS, of photos on it. Some she thought she had done, but wasn't sure which in where! In this cemetery, they are hers not mine, I just did the posting and the memorials when necessary.

By the way, David Clay should be contacting you soon to delete a memorial that he had in the "wrong" cemetery. Funny thing, you added a photo on it AND started a new memorial in this cemetery with the same photo. LOL

I live in Baskerville and don't drive (see my bio). Not much of a chance of meeting up with you.

Thank you for taking the time to honor my photo requests and traveling all over the county to do it! The photos were great.
