|G Meadows||George and Nancy Rogers White|
Nancy Rogers White
I noticed you have Nancy Rogers White listed as 2nd wife of George White.
My GGGGrandfather was George White. You have information listed under Jonathan Rogers White as George being from Maryland.
Could you please tell me where you found this information? I'm trying to locate the parents of George. I had no idea Nancy was his second wife.
Do you know who his first wife was?
I have seen on ancestry people say George was was from Ky., others say from Tenn. I wish I knew for sure. I am unable to trace my family any further without this information.

I hope that VirJean is feeling better and can get the inspiration to get back into genealogy to keep her mind busy. She and I have shared information. I didn't know she had been ill until I was checking back on some edits I'd sent and they hadn't been completed. Hope she is better soon.
Renee, VirJean and I have communicated off and on for a few years although we have never met. Our geanealogy interest have overlapped considerably. Please give her my best wishes for a speedy recovery because she is sorely needed back here doing what she does so well and that's her genealogy. I have been working on our families of Green, Beatty, and Armes (the latter is where VirJean and I are related). She has a memorial for Dr. George W. Armes but states that she has never found a death record for him or his wife. Well I have found one for George and will send it to you via e-mail. Hopefully it will serve as stumuli to help her recover her genealogical zeal. She is such a expert and, like I said, she is needed and I miss her correspondence.

Hi, my name is Karen. I too am a Find A Grave volunteer. I recently attempted to request a photo of the above named person and because someone requested a photo almost a year ago on the same person but it was not attended to it will not accept my request. I am sorry to hear about the well being of the person who is signed up to monitor this memorial. Is there any way someone can temporarily remove her from the volunteer list because if some one request photos from her site they can not be honored. Also if she is living out of state another volunteer will need to have the opportunity to honor the request. Hope you can help.
plz tell VirJean i miss her and plz come back we all need her and she to get well fast and thank you for leting us know i was worry about her
