|Connie West Stewart||Emaline Ohlinger|
I did some research on Emaline Ohlinger and created a memorial for her in the North Aurelius Cemetery. You may want to check it out. She was married 3 times. All research sites have her as John and Dorcas Willoughby's daughter. She must have been born late in their lives. I have also found some other information on her husbands and sons. I have some of them on and am still editing the others.
This gives one more of the children. That leaves just 1 or 2 more to find. Her obit and death certificate give 2 different counts. That's for finding her.
|rosie mcnaughton||Hi Dave,|
I don't have a Charles Mitchell in listed as yet in my family tree. I got the names of Noah and siblings from this tree which was created by my cousin. I have almost no information on Sarah and Elisha's children other than that except for this: I do have a listing for Nelson, Sr.'s children, and Charles isn't one of them. Both Nelsons were born in Canada but died in Cedar Rapids, Boone Co., Nebraska. Darius (1997) died in Canada. Darius (1805) in Maine, also died in Maine. Married Mary Louise Willoughby. Maybe you can find some more information from one of these bits. Good luck.

Dave, you are correct. I used cemetery burial records to make these entries. It's quite possible that I made errors when making the entries or maybe there was an error in the actual record. I have seen instances where records with different surnames are still duplicates, though usually it has been with a woman's maiden name and married name or multiple marriages. But it's entirely feasible that a child was enter by their mother's maiden name, especially if the recorder knew that family or person! Even if I notice something like that when I make an entry I err on the side of a duplicate just in case there actually is such a person. I figure it will all come out in the wash when family members like you find these entries and offer more information and insight.
I'll delete the Ida Aubil record I made so that the one you now manage is the only one!
