|IRISH EYES ARE SMILING||MACE|
It was Rachel and not Rebecca.
*I just added her to Agency Cemetery.
Birth: abt. 1828
Death: Apr. 27, 1849
MACE Rachel Jane Age 21 1849 Agency Agency Wapello
|IRISH EYES ARE SMILING||MACE OF AGENCY CEMETERY AT AGENCY IOWA|
I received a email from a person who said that a stone was found in their state for a Rebecca Mace who died in 1849. She would have been born about 1828. My guess is the stone was taken possibly by somebody from the cemetery in Agency.

Find A Grave protocol is to delete the last memorial entered for the person. I have looked at the one you now manage and have added Bavaria to his birth information. If you now delete yours the original memorial will have the most information.

I made the changes you requested and found the following,
Dan, b. 1846 in Ind., is son of David and Phoebe Avery Jones.
Hope this helps in some way.

I transferred the memorials you requested to you. I'm not related to them as far as I know - I just tend to take as many pictures as possible when I'm at the Agency area cemeteries :)
And yes, I am indeed related to Cheryl! She is my aunt! I'm the daughter of her brother Steve. Nice to make your acquaintance. :)

You now have the entire family to manage. I love the photograph of Arie Jane. Thank you for continuing to make Findagrave a place to go and see what our ancestors were like. I am related to a number of the people in Cedar Creek Cem. That is why I went to the trouble to record the headstones. A lady and her husband are trying to clean up stones and recover them at the Cemetery. Hopefully she will find all our long lost ancestors!

Glad I was able to provide the photo for you. Looks like it might not be too long before it will be unreadable so I think it so important to have a photo. It's really in remarkably good shape considering how old it is!
